Long before Flying Fingers existed as a retail venue, Elise designed and sold her sweaters at craft shows around New York City. It was during that time that she discovered Berroco…. The old yarn “Bluefaced Leicester” remains one of her all time favorites. Since then the advent of Ultra Alpaca and Peruvia has made her heart flutter and her needles sing more times than she can count. Hats, gloves, sweaters and even a blanket have all emerged.. .
